All orders placed before 12pm Australian EST will be shipped the following business day, with the exception of pre-orders (see below). We use Australia Post to get our goods to your door.

You will be notified and sent a tracking number when you order has shipped.  Please allow up to 1 week for delivery. If you live in a regional or remote area please allow additional time for your order to arrive. 

PRE-ORDERS: For all pre-orders we give an estimate when stock will arrive, and you will be notified by email when your parcel has shipped.

For International customers please contact us for a quote as it depends on where you are in the world and how much you're ordering.


We will keep you informed of your order as it progresses, if you have any issues please contact us immediately and we'll help you out. 


Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods if you are not completely satisfied. Email us at giving your reason and we will attempt to take care of the matter as best we can. 

Items must be in original condition. Shipping & handling charges are not included in refunds for change of mind. Any refunds given are made by reversing the original sale on credit card or paypal.

All sales are made in Australian Dollars and include Australian Taxes (GST).

If you choose to complete your purchase through a direct payment gateway your information will be stored by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
